So, I had this idea back in December that come January 1, I would create a blog called Dinosaur Eggs and it would be about music. But it wouldn’t be just any music blog–this blog would serve a niche group of people just like me. People that love music, people who have been around since Kennedy, people who listen to music today and hear the influences of all the artists we’ve listened to for years.

I qualify as a Baby Boomer, and some call my generation Generation Jones although I don’t quite get that one. Sometimes I feel like I have more in common with Generation X, although I’m technically just a little too old. Bottom line: I like music. New music and old music. And too many of my generation get stuck listening to the oldies (hah…the 70s are now oldies) channels and are missing out on some great new tunes.

Which brings me to the Dinosaur Eggs.
Dinosaur = Baby Boomer music-lover who needs to listen to some new music.
Eggs = Those great new tunes I’ve been raving about.

Dinosaur Eggs – new music for middle-aged music lovers.

I hope you enjoy it.
