Tuesday, December 6th, 2005xm that is. I don’t have xm in my car, so it’s iPod all the way for me, but I took the husband’s car last night and forgot my iPod at home. It was just me and xm satellite radio for a 15 minute drive. On the way to where I was going, a clear, melodic, folksy voice comes on the radio talking about ‘Suddenly I see…”. Before I know it I’m bebopping down the road thinking that whoever this is sounds a little like Sheryl Crow, a little like Jewel or Dido, a little like Jem…even a little like Josh Stone. I make a mental note to Google the artist when I get home. Her name: Kt Tunstall. Her most recent recording: Eye to the Telescope.
