I can’t even begin to communicate how wonderful it is to sleep until you aren’t tired anymore. Unbelievable. I must be so off-kilter with my sleep habits, because it’s 10:00 until I can even think about dragging out of bed. It’s great.
My SIL’s scarf didn’t get finished in time for Christmas, but her birthday is on the 7th and it will be ready! Just have to bind off and decide to fringe or not to fringe.

The snow has officially started to fall. Just in time for the dance recital, sigh. Hopefully it will slow and the roads will be passable. All in all, I’m glad it’s here. I was starting to wonder if a seasonal shift was taking place!

I truly envy those knit bloggers out there who crank out one after the other, intricate finished objects. Can they possibly have jobs? Or chores? Or kids? All I know is that I can’t seem to finish anything I’ve started recently. I have one fingerless glove, banff without arms, 3/4 of a fun fur scarf and an ever-growing stash.
I’d like to make presents. Really. Maybe I’ll call them New Year’s presents and get over myself.
