I finally finished Katie’s poncho. Actually, I, like other kindred spirits, finished it on election day. So wait a minute…is it a poncho? Or a shroud? Hmmmm….
Anyway, she seems to like it just fine. It’s an adaptation of a Lion Brand pattern, but I fringed it and left off the hood. And I didn’t check my gauge (cardinal sin!) so the size is a little smaller than it should be, but works fine for a ten year old. I used Red Heart Symphony in the grey-blue colorway. Not too shabby.
