Spent the last few days sifting through pages of studentlife email, trying to discern what was real from what was not. What a task. I’m guessing 90% was virus-generated; if there was a legitimate student request that goes unanswered, I apologize-it was likely deleted in error.
I came across a link today that I’ve had in my bookmarks for some time that seems appropriate to post again: the HOAXBUSTERS Home Page, a handy site to send to your newly web-initiated friends and colleagues who feel comepelled to send you every threat, request or anecdote that crosses their path.
